Need Clean, Modern Design for Postcard

Real estate agency brokering residential homes in the Albuquerque, New Mexico, area. Target audience is home sellers and buyers who want top level service at highly competitive fees.

I have a logo and related color schemes already. I need a clean, simple postcard mailer design, color back and front, with a combination of graphics and text. I'll provide the logo and basic colors as well as the text I wish to use. I may or may not incorporate a headshot of myself - on the fence with that. Designer can provide some additional colors if needed and I would consider an architectural photo (Southwest USA style home, or home detail) on either the front or back side, but not both. I would also consider stock photos of people. NOTE: Some amount of photo is good but I don't want the card to be photo heavy - I want minimal use of photos and definitely a small amount of me - small headshot if at all. By graphics I mean color blocks and use of space but not necessarily photography. The text design needs to be clean and readable and the text will be the key part of the card - the message is key.

This will be for a minimum of 6 mailings over 6 months. I will almost certainly want to alter the text for each mailing and may want to make some design changes for each mailing, however the basic design/brand style will stay the same. [Note, the blue on the image title "Realabq sign proof" is not the correct blue - correct is the "biz cards"] I'm working on my text/copy for the card. For now you may use nonsense text (Lorem Ipsum)
