Optima Medical is a Primary Care Group with 14 clinic locations in Arizona.

We need to have a company newsletter designed for March 2022. The newsletter will be distributed internally to our 350 employees. The newsletter will include the following content and subjects: Work Anniversaries: • Elizabeth Van Horn – 2 years • Tina Hanaway – 2 years • Allyson Duda – 1 year • Lori Hernandez – 1 year • Esperanza Hynes – 1 year • Ashley Lane – 1 year • Talia Peralta – 1 year • Maribel Rico – 1 year • Nathan Welly – 1 year • Angela Bojorquez – 1 year • Colleen Bonner – 1 year Mask Requirement Update: • The CDC has issued new guidelines regarding mask requirements. As of today, all of our counties fall under the “low” community threat level. For this reason, we are adjusting our mask policy. Employees and patients are no longer required to wear masks throughout the clinic. However, employees must continue to use caution when caring for high risk and sick patients. Masks should be worn in the patient room in order to mitigate risk for the patient. It is also important to note that COVID outbreaks are still prevalent in other countries. Should guidance change, our policies will again be adjusted to reflect current conditions and CDC recommendations. This solo provider practice is located 7 miles north of our Peoria location. In addition, Theresa Eblin will be relocating to join Dr. Harris at this office. Employee of the month: • Gabbi Theriot • Gabbi has been with Optima Medical for over 5 years and has been instrumental in the growth of our organization. In December 2020, Gabbi was promoted from Casa Grande Office Manager to Practice Manager. In this past year+, Gabbi has given her all to redeveloping processes, implementing training programs, and building the strong management infrastructure that we have today. Thank you Gabbi for everything you do to support our managers and our team!
