We need a postcard to send to potential clients. This postcard will be a call to action. To let them know that one or more of their properties have been included "in the most recent inspection auction". We plan to send the card in hopes they will turn to us in helping prepare their property for the "REAC Inspection". We want the card to be fairly simple in explaining that this REAC inspection that is now pending is of the utmost importance and their best chance of doing well is by having us come prior to conduct a Pre-REAC inspection or conduct UPCS Training.
FYI....once HUD releases the inspection auction, the auction takes place, the lowest bid "wins" the inspection and then will contact the property within 20 days to set up the actual inspection (the inspection typically must be completed within 90 days of the auction). Usually each auction will have 500-1000 property inspections listed. Our desire is to send this card to those properties (the ones that aren't already clients) to explain their best chance of scoring well is by being prepared with our assistance. Our assistance includes, 100% inspection, Pre-REAC inspection, UPCS Training and REAC Escorting

Something like - As you may already know, REAC IS COMING.....ARE YOU READY? We can help.............At least one of your properties were listed on the most recent REAC Inspection Auction (you can go tohttp://www.USInspectionGroup.com for a complete listing). As such you can expect a call shortly from your REAC inspector. With our services (100% inspections, pre-REAC inspection, UPCS training, REAC Escorting) we can help ensure you score well. Obviously we don't want this entire paragraph simply typed onto a postcard but this is the info we want to convey to the clients.
