Design attention grabbing postcard for Commercial Real Estate Industry

We are a commercial real estate brokerage. We sell income producing property such as shopping centers, mini storage, car washes, apartment complexes, etc...

Looking for a 6'' tall x 9'' wide postcard. We are wanting to advertise to commercial property owners that own properties similar to what we typically sell (which is primarily income producing commercial properties). Essentially we want them to know that we are the most qualified brokers to assist them with all of their commercial real estate needs. Something that could be included is that we have sold over $100 Million dollars worth of property in 2015 and 2016. Other than that I am open to designers ideas, verbiage, etc... we are basically trying to elicit phone calls from this postcard from owners who want to work with the best and most qualified commercial real estate brokers in Oklahoma. We want postcard to feel professional, clean, etc... (Also just to further clarify...We do NOT sell houses so please do not use images of houses). Thanks!

I think my above "content details" probably gives a pretty good idea of what we are looking for. I am open to designers ideas and will give quick feedback if going wrong direction. I have included my company logo as we def want our brand somewhere on the postcard. If you need different version or higher res, please let me know. Thanks!
