I'd like to have a postcard sized designed that is aimed at the fellow real estate agents at my company. I work in a geographic area that is outside many of my colleagues expertise (they only work in San Francisco and I also sell in Berkeley + Oakland) and many agents do not know that I work in East Bay. So, I'm basically asking for their referrals if they have clients who want to buy or sell in the East Bay.
I've always thought that the strongest source of credibility for my abilities comes from fellow agent's endorsements of me so I've asked agents who have referred clients to me in the past to write a review of their experience. These are really the crux of the ad.
I'd also like to include the homes I've recently sold in Eat Bay so that agents know specifically where I have worked this year. I've included their location and sales prices.
I'd like it to be humorous (a tall order in real estate) but something that at least comes across warmly. I have attached an example of what I've done in the past example of what was at least light-hearted. That version looked a little too corporate" for me. I used to be partnered with another agent but she will not be on this new design.
I've included some additional photos of designs that I've loved. I want something that looks less corporate. I'd love for the brochure to have a vintage and playful look to it.
I'm not sure if you need copy from my but I'd love it if you could write the copy and use my past example as a starting point.
We worked with a client who was searching in San Francisco for about 8 months, then decided to look exclusively in the East Bay. We connected him with Justin to move forward with the East Bay search, and we were so happy we did! Justin was very easy to work with. He made sure to gather as much information from us about the client before connecting with him, so the client felt a seamless transition. He understood the clients needs right away and within 3 weeks of working together, Justin had him in contract. They closed a few weeks later and the client was very happy with us for connecting him to Justin, and with Justin for doing a great job on the transaction. We will certainly be referring Justin more in the future.

Justin Palmer is my trusted colleague for the East Bay. He is honest, an on-point communicator and most importantly, great with clients. I know a referral to Justin will end with a successful sale and happy clients.

Justin is our go to agent for clients who want to search exclusively in the East Bay. He is on top of it, super service oriented, friendly and knowledgeable. He places our clients quickly and most importantly for us, they think he's great to work with. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a reliable, savvy, hard working East Bay agent."
