Right home has been around for over 20 years and is Real State company. Now we are starting a new division under Right Home wings called Right Home Property Management where we will handle all the property management hasstles for property owners.
¿Qué te inspira y qué diseño imaginas para tu empresa?
I would like to show the customers that we will make life easier on the landlord by acting as the liaison between the tenant and the property owner. We collect rent, take care of maintenance, problems, find tenants and handle evictions. In some cases we can also handle property acquisitions, constructions, repair and maintenance. We provide 4 different level of services (Silver / Gold / Diamond/Diamond Plus).
Silver package will contain:
Finding a tenant
Screening the tenant for credit check/background check
Signing lease/rent agreement
First Walk around with the new tenant
Collecting monthly rent payments
Cost; 5% of the rent
Gold package will contain everything that Silver package contains plus property regular maintenance problems. 8% of the rent
Diamond package will contain everything that Gold package contains plus repairs and evictions. 10% of the rent
Diamond Plus package will contain everything that Diamond package contains plus it will contain monthly bookkeeping information for the landlord as well as completed Schedule E at the year end. It also includes paying for property tax, mortgage and repairs (any big repairs will get authorization from the landlord first such as a roof repair or repainting the unit) on behalf of the landlord. 12% of the rent
I want it to be as graphical as it can be to represent/show the tasks as what we do...
for example pictures for:
Screening tenants (which contains finding the right tenant, running credit check and background check for that tenant)
Signing a lease/rent agreement
Taking care of Vacancies (cleaning before a new tenancy and posting for rent/lease signs as well as advertising in local newspapers, MLS for it)
Taking care of Repairs
I am visioning 4 columns per level of services and nice picture for each level of service and all the items that will happen under that level with nice icons / pictures instead of bullet points.
