We need a flyer to promote an upcoming event although we would hope to use the design as a template for other events at later dates. As such, a design that would include graphics, images, etc. but also white space for event specific information that would be custom printed with our standard office laser printer. The document needs to have a "custom printable" space for the event name followed by "Hosted by the San Antonio Marriage Initiative". There would be an space for an event description, event details (date, time, location, etc.) and a bio for the speaker. I am attaching a word document called "Prepare Flyer" that give an example of how much text would be involved for the "custom printable" areas. Please do not use that text for this document but only as a guideline for how much room we might need.

The big red logo at the top of the page takes up a lot of space. Maybe it could be moved to a different location in a corner or something.
