Cuéntanos a qué tipo de público quieres llegar
The first commercial property built in Carefree Arizona (1960's) it has 25,000 sq feet of retail space, with shops, galleries, restaurants and service businesses, ie hair, nails etc. It was a huge tourist destination that has languished for a number of years. We bought it a year ago and are revitalizing the property by remodeling and re tenanting the spaces. We are looking to bring shoppers and visitors back to "Historic Spanish VIllage"

We want a tri fold
brochure advertising Historic Spanish Village. The brochure will be used in a number of locations including placed at the property, town hall, nearby hotels, and on board a Trolley that offers rides throughout the community. We want to have photos showing the unique property and a list/information about our tenants. We want to make something that will encourage people to come visit, shop & dine at Historic Spanish Village. Carefree Arizona and Historic Spanish Village are incredibly unique. We would like the brochure to express that visually and in text.
List of tenants:
Carefree Home Systems
Black Mountain Cafe
Bauwens Fine Art, by appointment only
The property is made up of 3 groupings of buildings, 2 that have archways with Spanish Village signage into center courtyards. The property is very unique in that it has lots of interesting design features, wrought iron, tile, gardens, patios, nooks and crannies to explore. We have renovated the entire property "modern mission" style with all bright white walls, black wrought iron trim, dark brown on all the wood. We made the front doors in each separate group of buildings yellow, red and turquoise. This is an extremely unique property in a wonderful community only a short distance north of Scottsdale Arizona.
