I just really want this thing to scream something to the older generation and the busy younger generation (maybe in separate advertising campaigns) to look at us as a NEW approach to dealing with all the tedious home issues, from paying bills to scheduling maintenance on something. Not only that, but as a large management company, we provide the collective strength needed to negotiate prices from our vendors to ensure our clients are not taken advantage of.
Again, this is a NEW approach to basically subcontracting out a big personal chore that we all have in dealing with our homes! The advertisement should convey that on the first glimpse of the page.
