Lists and sells Luxury Real Estate properties in the Katy, Texas area.

We are looking for a postcard design to use for farming purposes to luxury homeowners looking to list their property for sale. Designs should be based on a 6.5" x 9" postcard and utilize specific color codes including #B40101 (Red), #990000 (Dark Red), #CCCCCC (Gray), and #000000 (Black). We are looking for a design that: 1. Screams Luxury 2. Can Incorporate 3-4 property photos 3. Incoporates our Logo (.eps attachment) (can be used in all white or all black) 4. Incorporates the JD Powers Images (.zip attachment) along with the following text: "Highest Overall Satisfaction For Home Buyers and Home Sellers Among National Full Service Real Estate Firms" Let's see what you've got! *****UPDATE***** The PRIMARY message we want to convey is "Bringing Luxury Home".   The quote from JD Powers, should be a secondary notice and not quite so prominent in your designs, and should be in close proximity to the JD Powers image.  We're thinking a 'footer' type design almost. Dont be afraid to use blacks, leathers with stitching, etc to convey luxury - we're open to ideas - the colors are provided for general color theme.
