12 page brochure (I made an attempt at it and I need you to finish it for me)

I have designed a 12 page membership brochure in photoshop. I am competent at image manipulation, but not graphic design as a whole. I need someone to take what I have done and carry it across the finish line. I can either provide my PSD or let you start from scratch. I am not married to this design so if you submit something better, I am game for looking at everything. My boss gave me a detailed word dock with the changes she wants made as well to the draft I made. This brochure needs to feel like an advertisement for AMEX Black members. We are a country club for people who need somewhere to drive their expensive cars fast. The brochure will be a 9"x9" with a sadle stitch. It will then be folded in half to make the final size 4.5"x9". Imagine a 9x9 brochure that is pre-folded in half to the size of a tri-fold so its easier to put in your back pocket. I am still waiting to go visit my local printer to get the final dimensions, but I will get them before I pick a winner. For the purpose of determining the winner of this contest I would like to see a sample cover page and a sample inside page. I have attached a low rez of my current design and all base pictures I used.

I have 1000s of pictures from all the photographers that visit us, so please ask for more if you need something specific. I also have PSD files for every page on the preview. Most images uploaded are the largest rez that I have.
