We are a neighborhood website looking for a 3-piece postcard campaign to direct/point the homeowners to visit their new neighborhood website created specifically for them.

It's a 3-piece campaign, all tying/working together for the same goal: to point traffic and homeowners to visit and register on their brand new neighborhood website. The look and feel for all 3 postcards will be similar, with matching design and theme. In short, a tagline or two on the front with a before/after photo or single photo. We want you to push the box, be creative, and any modifications to text/phrasing/layout, is completely up to you and we are supportive of out-of-box thinking. (see attached sketches for rough layout, both front and backs included.)(Stock photography is acceptable.) -Postcard #1: "A new pathway home" -Postcard #2: "Take a new view of your neighborhood" -Postcard #3: "Open for Business" or "A new gateway to your neighborhood." -BACK of postcard: Be sure to leave right side open space for exact specifications required by USPS for postcard addressing. ---The design can be exact same for all three postcards. ---Text: "Step 1: Visit www.WoodsofFoxGlen.com "Step 2: Register" "Step 3: Enjoy (the features of), Private Member Directory, Bulletin Board/Announcements, Community News." (see attached sketch for all the bulletin point options. Lots of features of this website, and we want to highlight just the few and best. **IMPORTANT** The website that this postcard campaign is all about: www.woodsoffoxglen.com [here are the coordinates to the neighborhood: 41.947424, -88.297948] This is a high-end neighborhood, filled with high-level executives and high-income earners. The keywords for this campaign are; classy, simplistic (LESS is MORE), and professional.
See attached files for everything that you need. Photographs of the neighborhood, maps (both aerial view and illustration), header psd for font/title.. Be creative and contact us if there are any questions at all! Thanks and have fun! - - - UPDATE 12:15PM, OCT 9 ::TO ALL DESIGNERS:: To open up the doors for more creativity and possibilities, more room for you to maneuver, and higher prize award to get your best work.. the front of the postcards can take a new possible direction. For a more simplistic and cleaner design, you can use the phrasing "Open for business" (common storefront sign.. google it) and run with it. (Simple backgrounds and clean text is suggested.) At least ONE card with no neighborhood photos. - - - UPDATE 3:00PM, OCT 9 ::NEW CONCEPT IDEA:: Imagine a plain white/clean front (think Apple) with just a cable/cord running/curving across the front connected to a macbook or imac or even just a computer screen, with the WoodsOfFoxGlen.com website pulled up (and full screen of course.) Play with using the new wording below, but simpler is better and if it looks good w/o the text, then leave it blank. -"Reconnect with your neighborhood." or -"Plug-in to your neighborhood"
