It's a 3-piece campaign, all tying/working together for the same goal: to point traffic and homeowners to visit and register on their brand new neighborhood website. The look and feel for all 3 postcards will be similar, with matching design and theme. In short, a tagline or two on the front with a before/after photo or single photo. We want you to push the box, be creative, and any modifications to text/phrasing/layout, is completely up to you and we are supportive of out-of-box thinking.
(see attached sketches for rough layout, both front and backs included.)(Stock photography is acceptable.)
-Postcard #1: "A new pathway home"
-Postcard #2: "Take a new view of your neighborhood"
-Postcard #3: "Open for Business" or "A new gateway to your neighborhood."
-BACK of postcard: Be sure to leave right side open space for exact specifications required by USPS for postcard addressing.
---The design can be exact same for all three postcards.
