We design, publish and host personality and ability tests for selection and development. Two groups of people typically see our brand. They are HR professionals or consultants as well as job applicants or employees. We want to convey a professional and ethical image, though we also want to be seen as cutting edge and youthful.
¿Qué te inspira y qué diseño imaginas para tu empresa?
A one to two page product flyer that conveys the brand and specific product. The content of the flyer is attached 'perspectivesNowFuture.docx'. The specific product is for a personality test that maps all the available (known) personality traits into a single questionnaire. It's sort of like a periodic table of personaltiy traits. So concepts of alchemy and the periodic table of elements can be used. We know that adobe (for example) present their different products as elements (e.g. ps, ai) and we think this concept works with what we're doing.
This particular product is a 'Personality' though other products that we will quote for at a later stage will be 'General Reasoning', 'Critical Reasoning', 'Values', 'Preferences', 'Situational Judgement' and '360'.
