As specialists in mid- to late-stage college planning and funding, we help families navigate the most expensive time of their lives. We provide guidance on how to obtain the most financial aid possible, school selection, career/major selection, and maximization of cash flow/minimization of wealth leakage. We run monthly workshops to introduce our services to the public. The workshops are free one-hour presentations that explain the current problems with funding higher education, what most families face in terms of savings and the future of their retirement, and what solutions are available. While many of our workshops are sponsored by organizations (e.g. schools, churches, community services organizations, businesses and others), we also invite the public to unsponsored workshops.

We need a postcard template, that is easy to swap text (location, date & time) and keep fresh with new graphic options to promote our monthly unsponsored workshops. We're looking for a simple postcard that is larger than 4x6, but not a full 8 1/2 x 11 page (my printer tells me that 6x9 is the cheapest to print and has the least waste).  I have a document attached with text I would like. I'd rather not have all the text in one block, so please experiment with breaking it up between the front and back. I prefer images of people, families, graduates, etc. I like "clean" and "simple" designs over "busy" and "loud".

I need the final product to be editable on a monthly basis. The only changes to text will probably be date and time, but I should be able to edit anything. I use Pages and Word, so whatever you design should be able to be imported into one of those programs. I use Inkscape for images, so if you want the .svg file I can provide it. I added the requirements from the US Post Office.  The Indicia you will be using is for the Every Door Direct RETAIL.  It is attached as an EPS file.  They have a PDF version if you would prefer.   The address label requirements are also listed for the RETAIL program and are simple "Local Postal Customer" in the proscribed box.
