ImageMaster is the nation’s leading Official Statement distributor of municipal bond offerings. What the heck is an official statement or municipal bond offering? It's an investment book (prospectus) that's associated with a public bond project for schools, hospitals airports, cities etc. It's basically how local government raises money in the investing world. If you're still awake (haha) we work with Bond Lawyers, Bankers, Financial Advisors and of course the Bond Issuer. We prepare, print and distribute these books to investors within minutes from sign-off. We're not your typical financial printer. Hey if you read our description, remember that I said that we are pretty techie? Well it's true. We developed a service and a software that's pretty unique to us. It's for something that our bankers and bond issuers must file (for compliance) with a system called EMMA. We developed a software called ImageComply that automatically talks to EMMA and takes care of filings for them. So we need an Ad - 8.5 x 11 format - no bleeds - to introduce the service. I have included last year's ad for dimension reference - not layout or copy replication please (I'm looking for something better anyways). I am also including the copy to use for this piece and a hi-res photo of our Official Statements incase you want to use. I'm looking for something with a nice clean corporatie (yes I made up a word) feel but yet inviting and interesting. IT MUST BE DESIGNED IN INDESIGN and I will need the original files. Sorry for yelling but it's important. Whew.. ok I think I'm done. Good luck.
