(Over 8, with 5+ yrs of service.) The brands looking at Dotcom eat that up. Our competitors can't do this. Many hire temp labors who switch lines each day. Dotcom goes above and beyond and WOW's them. 2nd we want to be known for Scale. (ie. enabling the growth of our clients. Conversely, as many online retailers grow, they typically hit a wall around $5Million in online sales where they need to upgrade systems, technology, and warehouse/shipping infrastructure. Dotcom enables clients from $2M online to $100M) 3rd we want to be known for people (our 300-400 associates who pick/pack/ship the online retail products sold by our accounts are passionate about the brands they work for.)
