Real estate technology startup. We help people book tours for residential properties and help sellers list their homes.

We want a better and bolder version of our current postcard (please see attached). Our current design mostly highlights SELLING a house. We still want to highlight the features of selling a house with our service as follows:

The smartest way to sell a home

1) Fixed fee of $3,000 paid at closing
2) Free professional photography
3) Electronic lockbox and yard sign
4) Negotiation and contract support
5) Find buyer on your own and pay $0 in buyer agent commission
6) Pay nothing until closing; cancel at any time

NEW (not included in our current postcard)

We want to highlight our 1.5% COMMISSION REFUND which is our service for BUYING a home. It should say the following:

-Buy any house and get up to 1.5% of the purchase price
-The 1.5% cash rebate equals half of the standard Buyer Agent commission that we are paid when you buy a home through us

These postcards are sent to people who are considering buying or selling a house. Please use graphics or pictures that either show a house or a "SOLD" sign. Also, we would like to use an image of a mobile device with our logo, because much of our service can be performed on a mobile phone.
