We are a real estate investment company who owns retail investment property in the Southeast.

We own a shopping center at 1598 Sandifer Blvd, Seneca SC. We are currently advertising multiple spaces for leases within the center. A broker we've hired is currently utilizing a flier that is auto-generated via the website www.loopnet.com. Although Loopnet is a great way list commercial property for lease and sale, it's free PDF Fliers are not so great. Therefore, we've decided create our own flier for our broker to use to send to tenant brokers and to use as an attachment on listing sites, such as www.costar.com and www.loopnet.com

I have professional pictures that were taken recently that I can provide. I also have a survey that shows a sketch of the property footprint along with parking spaces and egress/ingress. This would be something that would be nice to integrate into the flier. Lastly, it would be beneficial to show and arial via google maps/earth that shows the property in relation to it's immediate surroundings and showcases the traffic lit/4-way intersection, which is typically very positive attribute in the eyes of tenants seeking space. I've attached the current flier we've been using. The content within the flier would be good to use as it's descriptive. I've also attached pictures of the shopping center and the survey. Please advise as to what else I can provide. We would like to use this flier on an ongoing basis when vacancies arise. Therefore, we need to be able to modify price and spaces available. Note: Since I'm utilizing a real estate broker to lease space, we're utilizing his logo and contact information. I've attached it below. Note: The "Tenant Layout" document attached needs to be cleaned up to look more professional.
