We will put them in the hands of Realtors with the goal of getting a chance to prove our services and qualify. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: 8.5 X 11 Marketing Flyer, 4 over 4, bleeds all sides Thank you for taking a look at this project. I’ve given you a lot of detail to run with. We are needing to start with 1 flyer and designed in a similar style to the three sample flyers that I have included for your review. We want you to create something we could not create. It needs to have a strong graphic element, remembering that the big facts are going to be what is read first. Realtors are very busy people so they have to be grabbed right off the bat. Long paragraphs are not likely to be read as much as bullet points. We will want to continue to work with the artist that wins this contest for several more designs in the same vein as these flyers, a somewhat steady stream of developing flyers. Icons -- Please secure icons for drone, photography, video camera, 360 tour, floor plans. I've included some basic samples from the internet which will give you my general line of thinking. But please go get the icons that you think are best visually. ***** Facts – High end photography and listing agents are starting to understand the power of HDR photography. But most agents still do not understand the importance of partnering with our type of company. So on every flyer, I want to see one or two facts from the facts page on each flyer. Make sure they are relevant to what you are designing for that specific flyer. Because we are selling photographic services to Realtors, we want to provide most of our own photos taken from our services already completed. If you see a photo on our website that you would like to use, and its not already uploaded for you, then request and we will upload that photo for you. However, you are not limited to our photos. You are free to go get others that fit the graphic efforts you are providing. ******
Create a 'STYLE' that can be a continuous theme for future flyers which we anticipate will be a new flyer every month or every other month. When a Realtor picks up our flyer, I want them to be quickly recognizable because of consistent styling.
