We are a property management company overseeing a 200 acre urban village with retail, office, restaurant, and civic uses mixed with residential apartments and condos. In total, we have over 30 buildings housing over 90 businesses in one concentrated neighborhood referred to as an urban village. Our position in the market is considered the high quality alternative in construction, architecture, environment, cleanliness and safety. We house our cities’ most professional firms, its busiest grocery store, and its only movie theater.
¿Qué te inspira y qué diseño imaginas para tu empresa?
Our logo is attached along with the color swatches we’ve agreed to for our brand. We are looking to create a full size print ad for magazines (roughly 8.5"x11" inches) template that can have the photo/text swapped out easily without significant design modification. Our current branding message is “Come to Work, Stay to Play," because we have a lot of office buildings and then a lot of food and entertainment for people to use after work. The intent of the ads would be to brand the urban village as a whole by highlighting its unique tenants and components.. Our target audience is all demographics with an emphasis on the family and play part of our message more so than the work component. These ads are meant to run in a women’s lifestyle magazine and a local business magazine.
