Uploading a few more photos in case anyone wants to play with them, or isolate the Sergeant walking to try out as a single image, large or small.
LINK below to google drive with mood board and some high res images if downloads aren't working from the site. Thanks guys!
I have a fairly strong visual idea of what I'd like for the poster and I've attached a mood board below. My favourite's being the 'Saving Private Ryan' and 'We Were Soldiers', wide shots, with potentially the close up of Russell Tovey's angry character above, maybe even the pensive Thomas Turgoose character too. Definitely open to your inspiration and ideas too so I've uploaded lots of stills. More available if needs be. The dead tree (photos on the way) features in the film so would be cool to see this in some of the designs too. Please feel free to ask any questions. I'd like the chosen design to add the key credits (which I'll provide) at the bottom of the poster too please so allow room or use a template when creating your designs for this.
Please be aware that the film is set at The Somme in April 1916 pre the huge artillery and battles, so in the film we're adding a small amount of debris to the set dressing that you'll see in the stills, especially the wide vista shots but the grass was long and there weren't hundreds of bodies and pot holes, shredded trees etc at this point, just some barbed wire, abandoned sniper posts and the odd bit of rubble/corrugated iron, half-empty sandbags drifting through from the trenches. We never see the trenches in the film. The entire piece takes place in the heart of No Man's Land.
PLEASE DO NOT SHARE OR MAKE ANY OF THESE IMAGES PUBLIC.
N.B Looks like some images aren't uploading properly so I'm currently uploading to google drive and will provide a link in the next hour.
