* I am looking for a cover for my new podcast (not yet launched).
* I would like for the cover to be in the middle of 'conservative' and 'creative' and overall a simple design.
* The podcast is called "What Monkeys Do". The tag-line is "Change is hard - let's make it easy'. It is important the name (WMD) is on the cover. The tag-line is less important. If it looks good both can be there.
*The Cover art must be in the JPEG or PNG file formats and in the RGB color space with a minimum size of 1400 x 1400 pixels and a maximum size of 3000 x 3000 pixels.
The podcast is about the following:
Change is hard. We've all tried to make a change. It's not always easy.
Think back to when you tried to change something about yourself. Maybe it was a small habit or maybe it was something bigger - an aspect of your personality. Or maybe you had someone really close to you who were doing things that were not good for them - like drinking too much - and you would like to help them change maybe even against their will. Or maybe you had a change imposed on you? Maybe your manager wanted you to work in a different way, use a new IT system or work with different people. We have all tried it, and therefore we all know, that change is hard.
What monkeys do can help us understand how to change. We are human beings, but we also share 98,8% of our DNA with the chimps. So, to understand how to change is also to understand how we function as human beings and what is unique about us as an individual - what is truly unique about you. Only then can we fully understand what we can change and what we must accept.
In the podcast, we will put together a 1.000-piece jigsaw puzzle.
Change is not easy. It is complex. And we will only understand how to change well if we look at it from all angles. And success leaves clues. We do change. Sometimes it is easy and we do it well. And other times it is hard or even impossible and we fail. I will interview and discuss change with different people on different topics. Some will approach it from psychology. Some from business life. Some from the medical profession and others again just by being a mom or dad. The common denominator is that we look at what seems to be in place when people change well. We will take a piece of the puzzle, examine it and put it in its place.
By listening to What Monkeys Do, you will understand, be motivated and have tools to make a change for yourself or somebody else.
