Film Poster for mind-bending Supernatural Thriller feature film!

HUM is an independent Supernatural Thriller feature film seeking an audience in genre film lovers.

The film recently acquired distribution. We are seeking an exciting and attention grabbing film poster that will be used as the main poster and DVD cover for its upcoming release. Plot: Two years ago, a CHEST appeared in the woods. It could not be opened. It could not be moved. Its contents were unknown. The Dead began to appear within the week. Today, a young man named David Parker is tasked with guarding the Chest. When it finally opens on his watch, David becomes inexplicably trapped in the woods along with his spiteful mentor and a mysterious woman connected to a local cult. --- Tagline: "Seek the Void" --- The Chest mentioned above is one of the visual centerpieces of the film and would ideally be featured prominently on the poster. When the Chest finally opens, time begins to unravel and the main character is sent on a twisted journey of self-discovery, hopping in and out of reality between the treacherous woods and increasingly unreliable memories. The bulk of the film takes place in these woods, so forest imagery and a GREEN color palette comes to mind. The ideal secondary color on the poster would be PURPLE. This color factors heavily into the film, primarily with a Cult that has appeared in the town whose wardrobe consists of only PURPLE clothing. Poster ideas: That the image of the chest in the image file "HUM2.tif" is one that I imagine will be used most prominently. The characters in the images "HUM3.tif" or "HUM4.tif" would be the next most obvious images to use (same characters, different location. Either one could be used). The sun through the trees in "HUM6.tif" is also an important image in the movie that could be used in the poster. There are a few ways that I could imagine these coming together: 1 - Somewhat photo-realistic with provided images, etc. 2. I also really love the minimalist posters I uploaded for the Wolf of Snow Hollow and Midsommar (the one titled "MidsommarB.jpg"). I'd be very curious to see an artist's take on a minimalist poster for our movie! 3. Whatever the heck you want!!!

I don't know if this changes anything, but as well as being released on most digital platforms, the film will also have a physical release on DVD. How might this poster grab someone's eye if they're scrolling through iTunes or walking down an aisle in a store somewhere? I'm beyond thrilled to see what you all come up with!
