We are a boutique management consulting firm based in Dubai and serve government and private sector clients in the Middle East (specifically in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and others) who are looking for strategic studies on various topics. You can see more details in the attached PowerPoint and on our website https://www.m-partners.biz/en/ We are looking for a designer to improve our PPT proposal template, which includes many different standard sections and slides all of which would need to be redesigned. A typical proposal that we prepare is a large PPT document (~100 - 150 pages) that explains to the client and lays out in detail: - Who we are (introduction to our company) - Our understanding of the client, their industry/ industries and their particular problem or issue (where they need help) - How we would approach such a problem or issue (detailed approach and methodology and explanation of the deliverables and what they would look like) - What does the team who will tackle this problem look like as well as details on the individual team members and their qualifications - Our previous experience as a company in doing similar projects - similar meaning (same/ similar industry, same/ similar geography, same similar functions/ activities, same/ similar issues) Within the typical proposal, there are many standard slides that would be repeated from proposal to proposal, hence we need to redesign our standard template to be used for all our future proposals. Some of the slides at the end will be used for a pitch meeting or client update. See more details below.

Meeting objectives (Pitches and project updates) 19. Project update template (regular client update on progress & issues) 20. Graphical Chart template slide (options for 1,2,3 or 4 graphs per slide) 21.
