We are a Midwest financial planning firm. Our clients will range from $5,000 in investable assets to $5,000,000. The commonality of the clients will be those who do not buy into that the stock market alone will create true wealth. That it takes engagement and they are looking for a team of advisors to walk alongside them and engage them as well as answer questions. We view the stock market as a “diet pill” and while a diet pill may be needed as part of your overall fitness plan, having a personal trainer with a defined program will increase your likelihood of success. But too many people buy into that they can simply take a diet pill and have tremendous success. The purpose of this particular powerpoint is to draw interest of our “guided by GPS” process to prospective clients who will see this run remotely on a digital kiosk continuously to provoke a call to action to “learn more”—this will not presented by a salesperson. The vision is that the powerpoint will serve as a scrolling billboard that gives 8 separate but similarly themed slides. We typically share this story through a plethora of analogies and think that typically sells well with better connection to our “why”. Example being—fitness, vacation travel, construction, etc. We are not sure if this presentation should pick one of the themes and carry it through, or if it should be a collage of various themes. GPS stands for Goal.Plan.Strategy. While we do investments, our philosophy is that true success comes from Establishing a clear and defined visions for your life. We find that most people fail here as we have never been taught how to do so. We often liken this to the following analogy. Often people spend more time planning their vacation than their life. And when planning a vacation, we know that just saying you want to go on vacation is not enough. You have to decide when, where, and who will go. Rarely would anyone set off with the vision “I want to go on vacation” it’s too vague. A better vision is “I want to go to Panama City Beach with my family and stay for a week”. Even better is when you say “I want to stay at the condo on 123 Beach Road in Panama City on the 23rd of August with my family.” Clear visions remove all ambiguity and set the wheels of motion in play. The guided by GPS process applies that philosophy to your life and helps you understand how to use your finances to support such. We start with setting your vision. Then we use you vision to understand your Goals. From your goals, with establish a Plan. Understanding your plan, we create a Strategy to support it. The intent of this powerpoint is to: • Attract and Entice a prospective client that this process is what is missing for them. • It would highlight that we have a different philosophy from most of our peers. • It would explain that our defined process meets them where they are and helps them get to where they want to go • It would also not confuse them that we are indeed a financial advisory firm, and we do all of the things that their current advisor does… plus the GPS process • It will briefly highlight what the Guided By GPS process is. Possible Tactical delivery items of Powerpoint • It will leave them with a call to action of either 1) facetime with an advisor immediately through the kiosk 2) schedule a future facetime/call with advisor 3) provide email to learn more • It could highlight some of the tools/metrics we use which are Risk score assessment much like speed limit MPH (1-99 risk score) • It could explain that we use a 3 bucket approach for investing • It could explain they will have a checklist • It could explain that they will have a team of advisors working for them with a designated advisor as primary point of contact.

Guided By GPS is a separate sister brand of Jennings and Associates. So there does not need to be a direct tie-in. Strong imagery is important for us to tell the story. We do not typically like the "traditional" stock images of retirees on the beach. Our hope is that this is seen as a process to have a cohesive team to act as a partner/trainer for the clients and that we want to walk alongside them with our Guided By GPS Process
