We love simple, minimalist, modern design.
Our ideal is to use the brand color (Spanish Crimson), as highlight or for emphasis.
For images, we like those of people enjoying their first home:
-Backyards with kids playing sports of free play (trampoline, running around, etc)
-Foyer or entry way, kids waiting for their dad or mom
-Getting groceries off the car
-For houses, we like california style houses, bright lighting, and modest homes (not luxurious homes), but comfy, houses.
-Our goal is to help people get in their first home, so the mood we want to see in homes is the feeling of your first home.
-We also like any images that communicates the core of our value: all tech process, not complicated paperwork, friendly, accessible, we are like you, but experts on mortgages.
-WE DON'T LIKE stock photography that is cliche about mortgages and home buying. -Because we are not like the BANKS, we want images that evoke the contrary of a bank: not slow, not impersonal, not overly polished. Professional but we are "coaches" more than bankers.
