This option is best for companies with lean or no business strategists or pure marketers/branders on staff with the sole job to define direction of the brand, position your products, and develop ways to make sure the company succeeds. Also useful for companies who are looking for extra horsepower for their company and want to juice up performance on shorter term basis. I run the marketing show for you.
3. Third option "Marketing department in a box" - this option is full service, one time payment, unlimited access to my time while also full disposal of my expert resources such as other strategic consultants with blue chip marketing experience, finance and accounting experts from big four firms, expert designers, as well as quantitative resources ranging from digital markets trained in SEO to full stack web programmers.
