1) Make it clean. Use a lot of white space. Only use black and red.
2) Work hard on the typography.
Highlight "Unbreakable Rules" as this will be the series of books. The "the" should be downplayed and the "of Marketing" should be given relevance but in a separate way from the Unbreakable Rules. The next book will be "The Unbreakable Rules of Creativity". We want to be able to just switch out the marketing for creativity.
3) Incorporate one simple imagery element for "unbreakable". Whether it be the sledge hammer we attached or something else. But just keep it to one simple concept. And PLEASE...nothing in regards to the "get people to love you".
4) Put the title up top and the subtitle and name on the bottom.
Think confident. Think best seller! Most best sellers utilize clean and simple designs.
