We are looking for a modern, professional template that we can use to create customer profiles to present in sales meetings. We use these customer profiles to show potential customers how we manage similar properties. The goal is to convince potential customers that we have management experience for associations similar to theirs and thus would be a good fit for them. We wish to make 15-20 of these profiles to show our experience and expertise in managing different property types.
A basic template is attached. This example represents close to the maximum amount of information that will be included (sometimes there may be a few more lines needed in the background information section). Feel free to be creative and re-arrange the page as long as all elements are included. The profile must be one page in length.
We MUST be able to edit the template in Microsoft Word so that new profiles can be created and edited.
All elements (Community name and information, Quote, Onsite Staff, and Background Information) must be included in the template. We would also like to incorporate 1-2 pictures and a map in a clean and flowing manner.
The template provided gives the basic idea of what we need. We just hope to receive a template that has a more up to date look.
I have also included several versions of the company logo if you choose to use it in the header or footer.
