iPro Realty just opened up it's first location in Toronto. It's now time for us to develop a new brand and materials for our personal Real Estate business.
To start we need a brochure which will be going in local Recreation Centres. This is NOT for iPro the company, but for Carol and Philip as Realtors working under the iPro brand. We want to express how our services are different to other Realtors. You can be creative and interesting as this Brochure will help us with rebranding all our other materials. Attached is a mock up of what we have come up with ourselves. Within the word document we have used the comment function to provide some information about us, our services and what kind of message we are hoping to get across. This is purely guidelines, feel free to play with the wording (we think we have too much now) and make suggestions - we would love to see what you come up with!
For style, we like very clean, crisp, contemporary, urban feel. Less words the better! We want something inviting and modern, that makes people feel relaxed. We don't want traditional real estate advertising. As an example we like this style: http://www.be-at-home.com/
For colours, we really like the idea of steel blue with brown and grey accents - but feel free to get creative, as long as its colours that work with the iPro Realty logo - as this is the only thing we can not change.

We will need the original raw Illustrator file for future editing as well as a pdf.
NOTE: This will likely turn into follow-up work for the winning design as we will need all our materials rebranded with this new look including web banner, feature sheets, PowerPoint presentations, newspaper advertising...
