I think the "Profitable Social Media Marketing for Busy Realtors" title should actually be the SUB-title, now that I think about it. It needs a real title -- something short and punchy, like Engage Your Brand (though not that one), or something like that. I could use your help in a catchy title. I'll add a $50 tip if you are selected and suggested a winning name.
+ "Part of Tod Maffin's Assured ROI™ System"
-- Small, running across the top maybe? Something that I can use for future books to visually make it look like a series.
+ "??????????" -- can you help with a short, catchy title? Engage Your Business?... Realtor 2.0? etc.
+ "Measurably Profitable Social Media Marketing for the Busy Realtor" -- subtitle ("measurably profitable" should stand out, like underlined)
+ Room somewhere for me to (optionally) place a client's logo on the book

If you go to my web site at http://todmaffin.com , you'll notice I have a dark blue header with my face on the right. I'd like this same banner, in some fashion, on the cover of the book to tie in all my materials. I've attached a low-res version; I have a fully layers hi-res version I can supply on awarding the contest.
The book will be printed on half-folded legal size paper with a staple in the centre spine to hold them together. So the width of the paper is 7" wide x 8.5" tall. (Sorry, folks, I had this wrong on the initial brief.)
The graphics/design/images should project busy (not frantic) and bottom-line dollars. Something bold, striking, and business-like is good. Someone looking at just the cover without any words should think "They author wrote this for people who are concerned about selling homes, not worrying about how many Twitter followers they have."
Photo options: Busy realtors in action, but using technology. Please try to stay away from just using those generic smile-faced drones in typical stock photography. OR montage of social media sites showing realtor social media examples. OR just all type.
The book will be digitally printed, so full-colour is possible (and desired). The cover image should have a border and not bleed.
I'll need all the source files, layered (and well-labelled) PSD, AI, and TIFF. Fonts should remain as fonts and not converted to curves.
I have a specific font I use for all my materials (Sansa Con Soft). This font MUST be used for major elements. I'll loan it to the contest winner for the purposes of designing it.
