In our most basic form, we are an in-bound answering service. We answer telephone calls on behalf of other business, we can answer questions aboutthe company we represent, we can schedule appointments on behalf of our client, we capture in bound call data (lead source, etc), we can dispatch service trucks on behalf of our clients.
*** Please note this addition - after first submissions *** The enteries to date are focusing on the phone operators (which I get - it is an answering service). The benfit is to the client - not having to take a call wherever they happen to be (e.g. on a ladder or in front of one of their customers), while still getting the needed information our client's customer (thus saving the call from voicemail hell). I don't know how to communicate that graphically, but if there is a way to do it, you will surely be a winner! :) Thank you.

I need only basic contanct information on the card - name, telephone number, website and email address. We do not need physical address.
Answering services are well defined in people's mines. What makes this company unique is our ability to act as an extenion of our clients, answering routine questions, booking appointments, making outbound calls, accepting proposals, handling complaints, capturing data and analyizing, and even dispatching service trucks if desired.
I want a conservative, competent feel to the logo/design that is not too corporate or monolithic. I would like the business card to be more than a point of contact information, but possibly include some of the services we offer on the back.
We are targeting small to mid size home service providers in the Delaware Valley (Philadelphia MSA). Our target market is home service providers that have more than two but less than ten service providers in their company. Home service providers can include any of the trades (electricians, plumbers, roofers, appliance repair, etc), nursing services, cleaning services, etc - any company that goes into a residential home ot provide a service. The demographic will male 60% 40% female, blue collar, 30 to 60 y.o., income of $60k to $250k, but I don't want to over-emphasize this background too much
