A company led by young entrepreneurs, Tradewinds Specialty Imports hand-selects the best Spanish, Argentine, and Chilean wines from talented family wineries, bringing you distinctive, exclusive wines that are new to America.
Formed in the summer of 2008, Tradewinds came to life based on our founders’ passion for Spanish wine and food. They have a burning desire to not only share such rich and rare specialty items with wine enthusiasts, but to also educate people about the rich and welcoming personality of Spanish wine.
Through our regular and frequent travels throughout the breathtaking countryside and coast of Spain, we have come to select what we know is an impressive collection of Spanish wine and cavas. In fact, our offerings can meet almost all the needs of a restaurant or wine retailer’s Spanish wine selection.

Tradewinds Specialty Imports (http://tradewindsspecialty.com/aboutus) is partnering with Barmetrix (http://www.barmetrix.com/), a company that educates those in the hospitality industry to increase their profits, to put on a Grand Portfolio Tasting (an opportunity for those in the hospitality industry to sample the 30+ wines in Tradewinds' porfolio) and educational seminars (led by Barmetrix). We would like a flier that communicates both the brands messages.

-Both Brands should be prominently displayed.
-Event details should be very visible (July 27th , 2011 from 11am to 6pm at Smith and Wollensky in Downtown Washington DC)
-Four seminars will be held at the event. We would like the opportunity to list each seminar and a few sentences/bullets describing each seminar
-should also have room for an extensive list of wines (this can be done creatively, but we would like to have the opportunity to list the names of the wines to be tasted)
The designers should be creative with the theme while keeping the brands in mind. Included is a brand book for Tradewinds and a few examples of past seminars that Barmetrix was involved with.
