Logic Products’ primary target consumers come in three groups:
1. The first and main group are young families who are concerned with using natural, eco-friendly, non-toxic household & family products in their homes, on their kids, and on their dogs. They understand or have a basic knowledge of how environmental toxins can affect the health of their families. and are working to minimize and eliminate them as much as possible from their lives and living environments on a daily basis, across all categories and areas.
2. Another group is dog owners. We have a large following of dog owners, who we refer to as “Pet Parents”. They are searching for the best in class, natural, safe, and made in the U.S.A. grooming products for their dogs. This group does not have human children, but view their dogs as their children and treat them as such.
3. Our other age group of target consumers are the eco-friendly minded homeowners (or renters) of all ages that are searching for safe, effective, and green cleaning products. They do not have pets or children. The range of this group is 18 - 70 years of age.
All of these consumer groups are willing to pay a premium for non-toxic, safe, and natural products that are highly effective, pleasant to use, and refreshingly scented (with essential oils.)
Sustainability of the earth and nature is an important purchasing driver. Logic Products are made entirely in the U.S.A. using only plant and mineral based ingredients that do not harm people or the earth.
Our growing demographic consists of “moderate greens” to “high greens” but leaves out the “militant greens” since our products do have a small percentage of food based preservatives in them to enhance the shelf life, which the last group appears to be against.
Our ecologically-minded families and customers are educated and are looking for trusted and authentic alternatives to the mass produced ‘big-box’ brands which make products with harsh chemicals, mysterious ingredients, and are not focused around sustainability for the environment.
Analogous to the growth in demand for organic and non GMO foods in the United States and globally in mature markets, Logic Products is positioned to grow by catering to consumers who choose to purchase “green” and who are looking for a natural brand they can trust and performs well, and one that can fill multiple needs across several categories- household, baby, and pet. These satisfied customers then become loyal customers that serve as brand ambassadors among their social groups. Word of mouth is our strongest proponent in growing our brand and spreading our message and mission of bringing the logic back into the products we choose to use on ourselves, our families, and in our homes.
At Logic Products we believe that what is not in a product is equally important as what is in a product. We have tried to make our labels highlight and clearly define what ‘bad’ ingredients’ are not lurking inside each bottle. Since shoppers are busy and the names of toxic ingredients can come in the form of many long names, that most are not familiar with, it can be difficult, time consuming, and confusing to read the fine print on any label. So we have tried to simply call out on our packaging the list of unfavorable ingredients that are not in our products and we know that has been a selling point, as customers have given us positive feedback on that. They typically say that it helps them make a choice to purchase a Logic Product with confidence and ease, and choose it over another brand.
However, the challenge has been finding the space on the label to do so clearly, and to then balance that with the good ingredients that are in the product and its natural virtues, ingredients, and attributes, and clearly highlight those too.
Logic Products are carried currently carried by major retailers including Amazon, Quidsi, Unleashed by Petco, Walgreens, and its’ distribution will be expanding in 2016.
