*7/28: I'd like to start using one bottle type for the design, it is a liquor bottle very reminiscent of a wine bottle. See photo's. Also I'd like to see more creativity with the apricot. I like the direction some have taken in with the graphic of the apricot being shot (ideas: more than one apricot and only one being shot). Could there be a way to show the aftemath of that on the back of the bottle or even going across(through) the bottle at an angle.
The back will have the general product information seen on liquor bottles along with an (undecided) charity logo, and a mission statement. Any imagery that keeps the eyes interested and leads them around the bottle to the back would be magical.
For the front: I cannot get my mind to go around the idea of an apricot so if you can, i would be more than obliged to entertain it. So the front should have name (Apricot Shot) and space or designated area for the general markings up of a liquor bottle. (abv, warning etc...) also i good graphic of an apricot. My original idea was an image of an apricot being shot in slow mo or a still of a bullet going through it (think mythbusters or something)
Outside of an original idea, obviously an apricot or some assimilation of an apricot would be great. This product is going to be pitched to AAFES, the armed forces exchanges and it is geared towards those type of people so anything resembling the military and service community.
The term "Apricot Shot" is esoteric and can be seen as aggressive. I'd like to walk the line of exampling that idea and conveying what the product is. All the while avoiding any negative interpretations as best as possible from its meaning by making it lightly fun. (apricot shot: refers to the base of the brain stem and the medulla oblongota)
A military like theme (i.e. coyote brown coloring etc.) will definitely be entertained.
