¿Qué te inspira y qué diseño imaginas para tu empresa?
I want a label designed for our wine.
I want a label that can be used for both a white and a red wine in the first instance.
I want a label that can be adapted to other wines by making minor changes, i.e. minor changes to text or colour.
In the first instance the wine be designed for a red - Garnacha of D.O. Almansa and a white - Verdejo & Sauvignon Blanc of the same D.O. Both wines are Organic.
The design will be a front label only at this point.
The design should be suitable for a Bordeaux Style Bottle although it may also be used with a Bourgogne bottle.
The label may be printed or a clear label but should not be a "whole bottle wrap" or similar.
The capsule for the top will be a single colour, preferably white or black.
Theme: The label should somehow communicate the idea of "turning wine into water", this can be through text, an image or an illustration. Acceptable text would be either "turning wine into water" or "wine into water".
The label should ideally feature the Vin2o logo. There is little brand recognition at present and so it does not need to be prominent. The logo is generally black or white but can be presented in any single colour if required i.e. in red for a red wine and white for a white wine.
The label will almost certainly feature the volume of the alcohol (13%) and the amount in the bottle (75cl), If this does not appear in the initial design then thought should be given to the fact that they may have to be added later.
Designers are free to be as creative as they like.
We are a Social Enterprise selling wine and 100% of the profits go to fund clean water projects. More details can found at http://www.vin2o.co.uk. We currently have a Bordeaux wine and we are adding two Spanish wines to our range. If the label is suitable it will be adapted to the existing wines (in time).
The new wines will cost circa £10 retail in the UK and so will be accessible and affordable without being cheap or "low-cost".
At present the wine label does not mention our social aim of turning wine into water and I am looking for a label that can communicate this in an "interesting" way.
Here are a couple of Pinterest boards that show some labels that I like; https://uk.pinterest.com/chrismcole…ne-labels/ https://uk.pinterest.com/chrismcole…ic-labels/
