Chase Your Sunset 48 Watercolor Brush Pens

Chase Your Sunset is the brand name, while 48 Watercolor Brush Pens is the product. It is a high quality watercolor brush pens (48 unique colors), including 2 water pens. These are placed in 2 layers of plastic trays, then placed inside a transparent rectangular plastic PP box. A paper shaped like a horizontal book cover is inserted inside the PP box. Please see uploaded pictures for reference.

This product can be used by people of all ages (except babies and people below 3 years old), both professional and beginner artists.

Here are the designs/brief I have in mind. The resulting packaging design will make it look as if it's a very attractive book cover, but it's really a packaging for an art material. I'm hoping that this will make it stand out from the usual packaging designs of competitors. However, feel free to submit your other designs, if you think they will be better than I have in mind. The brand name "Chase Your Sunset" is about chasing one's dreams. The mermaid symbolizes someone who chases her dream (aka the sunset), so please use this concept in the packaging design. However, don't use too much mermaids so that it won't look like only females are the target audience. Think of other brands that use mermaid in their logo but cater for both male and female. Font Style - Luxia is the font style of the logo, so please use this or similar luxurious font style for the required texts below. Font Color - Since the background will be mainly shades of blue or purple, please use gold or orange font colors for the texts. Font Sizes - The paper to be designed will be inserted inside a transparent PP plastic box that has some diagonal designs (see "7 - Front - Close Up View" in Product Pictures zip file). Because of this, please don't make font size too small. The paper insert that you will design has 3 parts (1. front; 2. bottom; and back). Please see pdf file "Paper Insert - For Packaging Design" for the dimensions. Apologies but the supplier has no AI file for this. Front Background: A watercolor painting of a sunset and sea scenery. Please put a few mermaids on it. You can also use other background if you think they will be better than the sunset and sea scenery. Use shades of blue so that the logo will look good on it. You can also use shades of other colors as long as the logos will still look good on them. Please use a realistic instead of cartoonish background so that both adult and children will find the packaging attractive. Main Texts/Information Required on the Front: Logo - "30 - ChaseYourSunsetLogo2Horizontal - Mermaid" - Logo with Mermaid Product Name - "48 Watercolor Brush Pens" A circular ACMI AP Seal will be included in the future. I'm still getting approval from ACMI so can't use it yet, but please save space for a circle with 1 cm in diameter. Secondary Texts/Information on the Front (make the font sizes of the below smaller than the "48 Watercolor Brush Pens" mentioned above: "Includes 2 Water Brush Pens", "48 Unique Colors", "Blendable", "Water-based Ink", "Non-Toxic", "Premium", "Flexible Brushes" Bottom: Logo - "28 - ChaseYourSunsetLogo1Horizontal - Sunrays" - The logo with just the sunrays and the brand name, but not the mermaid. Product Name - "48 Watercolor Brush Pens Background of the bottom - similar shades with the front & back Background design on the back: Similar shades with the front but with less details since the back will be used mainly for showing the 48 color swatches, so you won't see a lot of the background painting here. Texts/Information Required on the Back: Color card/swatches - please see uploaded AI file "48 Color Cards" "Conforms to ASTM D-2436", "Designed in Australia", "Manufactured in Ningbo, China", "Website: www.chaseyoursunset.com", "The Chase Your Sunset guarantee: If you have any concerns with your product, please contact us any time at support@chaseyoursunset.com" FNSKU: Preferred to be put near the corner, but please allow 0.25 inch between the edge of the label and edge of the packaging. I uploaded the minimum ("FNSKU Up to 44 - 25.4mm x 48.5mm") and maximum ("FNSKU - Up to 21 - 63.5mm x 38.1mm") versions of the FNSKU. I prefer the maximum size for easier barcode scanning, since the paper where the FNSKU will be printed will be inserted in the transparent plastic PP box. Please also reserve a space at the back for the distributor address (3 rows). This will be provided during handover stage. Please also reserve a row for tracking number, which will also be provided during handover stage.

This product will be sold in a competitive ecommerce website. When potential customers search this type of product, a small picture of the product will be shown, along with small pictures of its other competitors. The packaging design of most of its competitors are black background and very colorful paints. I want my packaging to standout, in a positive way, from the sea of black packaging design, so please avoid black and vibrant and colorful strokes of paints in the packaging.
