We sell bundt-shaped specialty rum cakes in 3 flavours. The main target audiences are North America tourists (primarily Canada and USA) who are aware of the Caribbean and what it represents:- warmth, fun, relaxation. The secondary target audience is the smaller market of Caribbean heritage persons living in the North eastern area of the USA and Canadian cities of Toronto and Montreal. Our audiences are fun loving adults, 25+ years old, that see themselves as modern, outgoing, Caribbean-aware, internet-savvy professionals.
