I am in need of a product packaging design for a 10" collectible replica of our famous Roy's Sign in Amboy. The sign has the 1950's midcentury modern, Googie, Diner-style look. I wanted to create a package that resembles the toys in the '50s.
-I have attached a box template with a sample of the direction I want the package designed (You can change the design from my sample)
-I have attached the template for the box insert. Thought the design would be cool to have a two-tone color pattern like the sample picture labeled dixie-cups.
-I have attached example pictures (Retro Ads 1, 2, and 3) with the 50's style, design and fonts preferred. Any Route 66/Americana themes are also welcome. Here is the link for the Retro ad templates, and texturizer
-I would love to see the hand-drawn style illustration of our toy sign (I have attached a picture labeled Toy Sample)
-I would love to see the ad have the 1950s textured print look.
-I would love the color palette resemblant to the retro ads, (blues, reds, gold yellows, and khaki/tan

Roy Crowl and his son in law, "Buster" Burris, erected the famous Roy's sign in Amboy. Popularized for its Mid-Century Modern, "Googie" style design, the 50 foot, neon sign could be seen from miles away and became the "must-see" attraction in the town.

I would like to have our Amboy logo and social media pages. I would also like the Instagram logo and Facebook icons added in front of the @ (I don't mind if the Amboy logo or social media icons colors are changed to match design colors and textures):
Feel Free to take you own approach to the design of the box!
