Guide: A balanced constitution is a normal constitution. People with this type of constitution are fit, with fine lustrous complexion and skin, thick hair with shine, bright eyes, and rosy lips. They are full of energy and not easy to get tired, and they get good sleep and have a good appetite with normal bowels movement and urination. They are easy-going and extroverted, seldom fall ill and can adapt to their natural and social environment easily.
Diet: It is suggested to take a proper amount of food. Don't eat too much or too little. Avoid overly cold, hot, spicy or greasy food in your diet. Maintain a rational diet, including fresh and fine food grains, vegetables and fruits.

Guide: People with a Qi-deficient constitution are physically weak with loose muscle, weak voice, easily feel tired and sweat spontaneously.
