Our customers are getting tired of the same lime green and navy blue packaging that we have for our office supplies. They feel the design looks too juvenile and we need the style to be more serious, mature, and apply more to mass market and not so trendy/fashion.
Quality is very important to us and we want it to show in the packaging that we have reliable products that come from a reliable brand. We currently have over 700 stationery products with items catering to all ages. The office supplies in particular we need to cater more to adults. Serious.... but not boring or too plain.
Some online stores to browse for inspiration are: http://www.staples.com , http://www.officedepot.com , http://www.officemax.com , http://www.bicworld.com/us/products/categories/... , https://www.google.com/search?q=PAPERMATE...
We like the following colors: blue, black, grey, yellow, and red. (not too much orange, no green, no thin modern fonts - go for more bolder, thicker, easy to read traditional fonts).
We have attached our logo which is usually on the top left corner of our packagings, a picture of our current office supplies, and a die line for the blister card package. I have attached a word document with wording in red that needs to be on the front of the card. I have attached a current image of item#MG1547 so you can take the product out of it and apply to the packaging design to give us a better idea of what it will look like.
After we choose a concept, we need the design applied to not only the blister card, but also the hang tag, pdq box, and header card package sizes too. We have the die lines for all of them.
