After we agreed on the project incl. the deliverables and a two-week deadline, the designer promised me to get back with the first draft within 3 to 4 days. After day four she mentioned that it took her a little longer than expected, but she will send me the draft by "tomorrow". This was the last message I ever got from here. I replied several times but she never replied. Then I contacted the support. The support could not reach her either.
I gave the designer many chances to explain the situation, but she never replied. I rarely give bad reviews but in this case I don't see any other option.
At the end I needed to cancel the project and got a full refund from the support but still, I lost two valuable weeks and spend more time than expected on this unpleasant situation.
