Everything I asked for even the slightest suggestions the designer would make and get back to me quickly. I am very picky and I had all sorts of suggestions and/or tweaks and he did everything I asked with great guest service. I never felt like I was putting the designer out. To me this is very important and speaks loads to the designers overall customer service.
