My winning designer provided a very nice experience for me. I wasn't sure what to expect, as this was my first time using 99Designs. Hanisha was always available, and completed edits in a timely fashion. She is a very skilled designer. She provided many design options to select from, and seemed to understand each of my requests/wishes instantly. I never had to wait for her to respond. Hanisha even provided further options to a design (e.g. different colour used) without me requesting she do so. I liked that. She worked efficiently, and often responded same day, often within hours; regardless of world time zones. I would highly recommend this designer.
