Logo Design

Any client who has ever worked with me will tell you, they never get what they expected...they get more! The process is simple, pitch me the idea, then we discuss. I give you two rough drafts and we chisel away in the direction that best fits!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- In working together, (I) Vesper Design, will retain the right to include the designs produced in our public portfolios, on our website or any advertising media we produce. Should the client request anonymity for a design a 30% fee will be added concurrently to the overall amount for the said design project.

- The client also agrees, that should there be a cancellation for any reason or due to lack of communication exceeding the allotted time for turnaround on the clients part, that the client forfeits the amount held for payment, unless the cause for such delays is due to Vesper Design not complying with the conditions the client has set forth at the onset.

- You will get a maximum of two concepts, we start with the first and if you feel that you must have a secondary version if the first one doesn't strike you. The Logo concepts come with a maximum of 5 revisions, should you require more, additional revisions are 10 % of the project quotation. Should you need a 3rd concept you will be charged an additional 30% of the original project cost (before revisions).

-- Client agrees that, in the event, a Project is canceled for any reason other than Designer's failure to comply with the terms set forth, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transferred.

-Any request the clients produce cannot require that Vesper Design produce something that may incriminate Vesper Design or cause legal issues to arise in our joint venture, and we forgo any responsibility for such cases.

When the final design is decided on all the files will be handed over in two color formats, RGB(Digital) and CMYK(Print). Any font used is owned or with an open license. I do not transfer or sell any fonts but will gladly send you the link for you to obtain. Should there be any specific size or file format I did not mention be required please don't hesitate to ask if it is a reasonable amout of files!
