Logo & brand guide

Before starting the project share references and overall project guidelines (brief). I review your brief and directions and I follow up with questions that will help me create the logo.

Once done, the project will be divided into 2 rounds as follows:

Round 1
3 logo proposals following the agreed project brief. Once proposals are presented, you will decide either to take 1 chosen proposal to the following round or, if you are not happy with any of the presented proposals, you can opt-out of the project.

Round 2
Unlimited but reasonable revisions until full satisfaction on the 1 chosen proposal. After you select the final version I will send you the final files (ai. pdf. eps. jpg. png. or those that you need).

Following 99d guidelines and to assure both parties security & commitment, upfront secured deposits will be required before commencing each round:
- when starting Round 1, a first 50% secured deposit;
- when starting Round 2, a last 50% secured deposit.
Secured deposits will be put on hold by 99d and released only after your confirmation at round completion. In the case of non-completed rounds (eg. no work has been done), a refund can apply. When either refunds or project opt-outs happen, ownership transfer will not occur.

The duration of the project should not exceed 30 days, starting with the date payment was secured.

If the client remains inactive for 10 consecutive days, I retain the right to mark the project as complete, which will trigger a 5 days timer. The client will be notified and any additional changes can be made during this period, with an additional round of changes after the timer runs out.
