My workflow
1) I create 3-5 logo options during 3-4 days
2) Discussion and approve an option. 2-3 days
I work with rounds
I allow 5 rounds of changes for a scope
How it works:
I publish a design, a client gather all possible changes, I apply them and deliver round 1 (design with changes). Then a client gather all possible changes again and I deliver round 2. This way I allow 5 rounds. If work amount is large, I divide it in scopes and allow rounds for each scope
