Premium and Creative Logo

This logo service covers 3 concepts, 10 rounds of revisions of the selected one. Each additional design is provided only after consistent and well explained feedback received (what you like and don't like about the proposal I initially upload, so I can better understand what to deliver). If first proposal did not hit the spot, the second one is provided and so on. You can select only one concept for development for the initially secured price. You will receive the copyrights only for one selected and developed proposal. Deliverables include all industry standard file formats and versions for different background and layout. In the event the project is canceled for any reason other than Designer's failure to comply with the terms set forth, no refund will be issued.

I will also retain the right to showcase the logo in my portfolio for marketing purposes. If you want the project to remain fully private, additional surcharge will imply depending on the type of project but does not exceed 30%. I guarantee great quality and great customer service. Besides the logo itself and all the industry related files, you will receive a nice presentation with some mockups and a very basic guideline of the logo (colors and typography).

Warranty
As a Freelance Artist, I retain the right to demonstrate any derivative designs of my logos with the expressed purposes of promoting other services. My visual proposals come at no extra cost to you as the viewer. At times I may embellish the concept with other designs that are used to enhance and or compliment the project at hand. These extra designs are used for aesthetics and may not be construed as part of the scope or agreement. Should you the client wish to purchase any and all of the extra demonstrative designs as well, which fall outside the bounds of the main project, please communicate that with me and I can price you accordingly for the purchase of those separate assets. Assets may include but are not limited to: 3D animations, 3D renderings, infographics, print collateral, mockup examples, banners, drawings/sketches, industrial designs, business cards, letterheads, package design. Any original design concept, that I produce is subject to copyrighted intellectual property and may not be used or sampled, or copied in any form whether literal or derivative without a formal request and or purchase. Failure to comply with these warranties will necessitate legal action against the offending party.

Additionally to the logo preview files and source files you will get a basic color scheme for your brand, the name of the typeface used for the logo, (if applicable) the sland-alone logo and a few mock-ups with a professional presentation. This additional deliverables are not part of design guidelines materials. These extra deliverables are used for aesthetics and are not part of this agreement.
