A Nice City is China's 1st national intelligent connected vehicle demonstration zone. The demonstration zone is located in a local town of Shanghai called Anting. The idea is that the city of Anting will become a smart city with all the capabilities to help bring the testing of autonomous vehicles to the everyday lives of people. You could call this a smart city and/or an autonomous vehicle test bed, similar to MCity in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Anting can be considered the Detroit, in terms of automotive, of China. Target audience would be automakers, manufacturers, suppliers, associations, tech startups, and more. The target audience could potentially be Chinese businesses, as well but the main audience is obviously the Western world or the English-speaking world")
