The design was great! He is creative and willing to tweak a design to perfection.

His understanding of layer & file management is poor. Clearly, he hasn't worked in a team before; he isn't ready for an art department. I had to go into each file and completely rearrange things so they are intuitive and logical for a team of artists to work with.

But, he's a skilled designer. He has a strong sense of aesthetics.
